Hey folks how's it going?
So here I am on September 13th and getting back into training after a long summer of not doing so much. Gall bladder surgery done and dusted and definitely glad its out. It is amazing what can effect you along a journey that you would never even give a second thought. Well onward and upward.
So I have some new goals I want to achieve over the next 12 months, some I will gladly share and some I am keeping quiet just for a little while so bear with me ;)
School being back is great for routine, it has been super getting back up again at 6 or 6.30am each morning and getting straight into some HIIT however I am definitely feeling it with the late nights so I think its time to start heading back to bed at 8pm every night an going straight to sleep....... oh yeah.... I miss those early nights. Waking up feeling fresh and ready to tackle everything. Its awesome.
I will start tonight.
