Ok today was a particularly good day training, though I do love every day! I have a back injury at the minute which is giving me grief but I don't like to take time off due to injury unless it is absolutely necessary. So today I needed a little improvisation so as to not hurt myself and so I used Dyna bands.
These stretchy bands are excellent when used correctly. I did a full back workout hitting all the muscles and with no pressure on my lower back! It was sweat city and I felt it doing the job nicely. :) I have to say I love lifting weights but when there is an injury involved then I would say try to find a way to train with it instead of staying at home....... my motto is NO EXCUSES and I practice that every day!
